Shot Through The Heart

Hello!
Well let's get down to business. Rock and Roll. Bon Jovi came through this week and Monday night I had the luxury of attending VIP with my brother, thanks to my dear and so-high-up-there friend, Little G. He worked on the crew of the Moby tour during the US tour doing lighting and rigging and has been touring with Bon Jovi the past few months. This was a homecoming show, so needless to say it was large. 165,000 people filling Giant's Stadium. AHH! Just the size of the crowd was entertaining, and John Bon Jovi ate it UP! But he was fantastic, his voice sounded great, and the band was HOT. The technology of their stage set-up was absolutely breathtaking. The largest LCD high-definition screen I have ever seen in my life (and 1 of only 2 in the world used on tours, the other is Madonna as I was told). Big deal. The pictures give a good representation.

Davis and I before the show. We stood in the front of house sound tent during the show (good thing considering the skys opened up about 4 songs from the end).

OK Check out this screen! The man in the FLESH!

Ok now check out this crowd!!! That's what Bon Jovi was seeing! We were in the left tent on the field.

Keyboards, Yeah!

The amazing stage just before the encore. That's an exact replication of the NY skyline as seen from the Jersey coast! WOW!!

Davis is working on a private yacht that is sailing up and down the east coast for the summer. Luckily he came through NY at the right time to catch a good rock show! His boat is beautiful, check it out against the New York Skyline.

Ok there's more on the life of Luci coming up soon!
Love, and happy summer fun like thunderstorms and swimming parties,
Luci
